Services

Travenza provides strategic and operational management tailored to each represented artist. Our work covers career planning, release coordination, brand development, rights administration, royalty monitoring, catalogue protection, contract support and communication with platforms, distributors and business partners.

01

Career Strategy & Direction

Long-horizon planning that treats a career as a body of work rather than a sequence of releases.

  • Career strategy and long-term planning
  • Artist branding and positioning
  • Marketing and promotional strategy
  • Collaboration and industry opportunity coordination
Who it is for
Represented artists building a catalogue and a professional identity over a multi-year horizon.
How it works
We begin with a full review of the existing catalogue, positioning and commitments, then agree a written plan with defined priorities. The plan is revisited on a fixed cadence and adjusted as the work develops.
What we need
Access to existing agreements, catalogue metadata and release history, so that planning is based on the artist's actual position rather than assumptions.

Scope. Strategic and operational direction. We do not guarantee commercial outcomes, audience growth, editorial placement or specific opportunities.

02

Release Planning & Distribution Support

Coordinating a release from finished master to live on the platforms, with the administrative groundwork done in the right order.

  • Release planning and coordination
  • Digital distribution support
Who it is for
Represented artists preparing single, EP or album releases across digital platforms.
How it works
We build a release timeline that sequences delivery, metadata, rights registration and promotional activity, then coordinate with the artist's distributor through to release.
What we need
Final masters, artwork, credits, songwriter splits and the artist's existing distribution arrangements.

Scope. Coordination and support. Travenza is not a distributor or a record label, and release approval rests with the artist's distributor and the platforms.

03

Rights & Royalty Administration

Keeping ownership documented, registrations accurate and income accounted for.

  • Rights administration
  • Royalty and catalogue monitoring
Who it is for
Represented songwriters and artists whose catalogues generate income across multiple territories and platforms.
How it works
We review how each work is registered, identify gaps or conflicting claims, and monitor statements over time so discrepancies are noticed rather than absorbed.
What we need
Written authorization to act on the artist's behalf, split sheets, existing society and publisher registrations, and access to royalty statements.

Scope. Administration and monitoring. We do not guarantee the recovery of unclaimed or historic royalties, and payment decisions rest with the relevant societies, publishers and distributors.

04

Copyright & Catalogue Protection

Travenza monitors represented catalogues, documents suspected unauthorized uses and coordinates infringement notices with digital platforms and distributors on behalf of authorized rights holders. Removal decisions remain with the relevant platform or distributor.

  • Copyright and catalogue protection
  • Documentation of unauthorized music use
  • Coordination of copyright notices and takedown requests
  • Communication with platforms and distributors
Who it is for
Represented rights holders who have authorized Travenza to act on their behalf in matters of unauthorized use.
How it works
We monitor for suspected unauthorized uses, collect and preserve supporting evidence, prepare the notice, and correspond with the relevant platform or distributor through to their decision. Where a matter requires independent legal advice, we coordinate with external counsel.
What we need
Written authorization from the rights holder, proof of ownership, the original work's details and release date, and — where available — the ISRC and an authorized reference example.

Scope. Travenza acts only when properly authorized by the relevant rights holder. We do not guarantee that reported content will be removed: that decision rests with the platform, the distributor or a competent authority.

05

Contracts, Licensing & Partnerships

Commercial representation across the agreements that shape a career.

  • Contract and business negotiation support
  • Licensing coordination
  • Brand partnership coordination
Who it is for
Represented artists negotiating distribution, publishing, sync, collaboration or brand agreements.
How it works
We review the commercial terms of a proposed agreement, advise on structure and negotiate on the artist's behalf, referring the artist to independent legal counsel before anything is signed.
What we need
The proposed agreement, the artist's existing contractual commitments, and instructions on the artist's commercial priorities.

Scope. Commercial negotiation support. Travenza does not provide legal advice or legal review, and every agreement should be examined by the artist's own legal counsel before signature.

06 — Rights & Contractual Enquiries

Travenza monitors represented catalogues, documents suspected unauthorized uses and coordinates infringement notices with digital platforms and distributors on behalf of authorized rights holders. Removal decisions remain with the relevant platform or distributor.

To raise a licensing request, a royalty or rights question, or to report a suspected unauthorized use, write to legal@travenza-management.com or use the contact form, selecting the matching reason for enquiry. We respond within 12–48 hours.
