Privacy Policy
Who we are
Travenza Management ("Travenza", "we", "us") operates this website at travenza-management.com. Our professional address is 101 Marietta St NW, Atlanta, GA 30303, USA.
The data controller responsible for the processing described here is Travenza Management LLC. For any question about this policy or about your personal data, contact us at legal@travenza-management.com. We respond within 12–48 hours.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us, plus the minimum technical information required to operate the site securely.
- Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, reason for enquiry, message, and — depending on the reason selected — company or organisation, artist or project name, rights holder name, work title, ISRC and the URL of reported content.
- Technical information. Your IP address, the date and time of your request, and standard server log data recorded by our hosting provider.
- Anti-abuse information. A one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address, stored temporarily on the server to limit repeated form submissions. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your address.
- Enquiry context. Your IP address is included in the notification email we receive, so that abusive or fraudulent submissions can be identified.
What we do not collect
This website sets no cookies of any kind, uses no analytics or tracking services, embeds no third-party content, and loads no external fonts, scripts or media. Typefaces are served from our own server. No profiling or automated decision-making takes place.
Why we process it, and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry. Processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or rests on our legitimate interest in responding to professional correspondence.
- To assess rights and infringement reports. Processing rests on our legitimate interest, and that of the rights holders we represent, in investigating suspected unauthorized use.
- To keep the site secure. Rate limiting and server logging rest on our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and maintaining availability.
- Where consent applies. Where you tick the acknowledgement box on the contact form, that record is retained together with your message.
Who receives it
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
- Our hosting provider, Hostinger, which operates the servers on which this site and its email are delivered, acting as a processor on our instructions.
- Platforms, distributors and collecting societies, where an enquiry concerns rights administration or a reported infringement and forwarding the relevant information is necessary to act on it. Where a report is forwarded, the reported party may receive it.
- External legal counsel, where a matter requires independent legal advice.
- Competent authorities, where disclosure is legally required.
International transfers
Travenza operates from the United States and works with artists and counterparties worldwide. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and may be processed in other countries where our hosting provider operates infrastructure. The safeguards relied upon for such transfers are the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary technical measures appropriate to the data involved.
How long we keep it
Anti-abuse hashes are discarded automatically within minutes. Correspondence and enquiry records are retained for 24 months from our last exchange with you. Records relating to rights administration, infringement reports and contractual matters are retained for seven years, reflecting the periods during which such matters may need to be evidenced. Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's standard retention period.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and — where processing is based on consent — to withdraw that consent at any time. Exercising these rights will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
- To make a request, write to legal@travenza-management.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity before we act.
- If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence, work or of the alleged infringement.
- If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under that legislation.
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. Form submissions are validated on the server, rate-limited, and protected against header injection. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to those within Travenza who need it to respond.
Changes
We will update this policy when our practices change and will revise the date shown above. Material changes will be indicated clearly on this page.
