Travenza Management is an independent artist management company founded by Aiden James in 2024 and based in Atlanta, Georgia. The company provides professional management, strategic direction and career support to emerging and developing artists worldwide.

Travenza works exclusively by invitation, allowing the company to maintain close, long-term relationships with every represented artist.

Working by invitation is a deliberate constraint rather than a marketing position. A small roster is the only way to give every represented artist genuine attention across strategy, release coordination, rights administration and the contractual work that sits behind a career.
