What the website collects

The website collects only what you choose to send through the case assessment form.

• Your full name, email address and country, which are required.
• Your company or artist name, client category, preferred contact method, preferred consultation time and timezone, and any links you provide, which are optional.
• The type of matter, a short subject and your description of the matter.
• Any documents you attach.
• Your confirmation that you have read this notice.

Technical information

When you submit the form, your IP address is converted into a one-way hash and held briefly in the server's memory. This is used only to limit how often the form can be submitted from the same connection and to reject duplicate submissions. The hash cannot be reversed to recover your address, it is not written to a database, and your IP address is not included in the message we receive.

Our hosting provider records standard server request logs, as any web host does, under its own arrangements.

What the website does not do

This website sets no cookies. It uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services, and embeds no third-party content, maps, video players or social widgets. Typefaces are served from our own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address. Because no non-essential technologies are used, there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner is shown.

The address link on the contact page opens an external map service only if you choose to click it.

Why we use it

We use the information you send to assess your enquiry, to check whether a conflict of interest prevents us from acting, to decide whether we are able to assist, and to reply to you. If an engagement follows, the information becomes part of the client file for that matter.

We do not use enquiry information for marketing, and we do not sell or share it for advertising.

Who else is involved

Two service providers are involved in operating this website.

• Our hosting provider, which serves the website and runs the code that processes the form.
• Our transactional email provider, which delivers your enquiry to the firm's mailbox. Your message and any attachments pass through that provider in order to be delivered.

Beyond these, information is disclosed only where it is necessary to act on your instructions in a matter, or where disclosure is legally required.

Attachments

Documents you attach are checked for type and size, then forwarded with your enquiry by email. They are not written to disk on this website, are not placed in any storage bucket, and are never accessible through a public URL. Once the message has been handed to the email provider, the website retains no copy.

Please do not send highly sensitive material through the form. If a matter requires it, we will confirm a suitable method first.

International transfers

The firm is in the Republic of Moldova and its clients are international. Our hosting and email providers operate infrastructure outside Moldova, so your enquiry will be processed in other countries. The specific providers and regions in use are confirmed at deployment and can be supplied on request.

How long we keep it

Rate-limiting hashes are discarded automatically within minutes and are never persisted.

Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and to maintain our conflict-of-interest records. Where an engagement follows, the file is retained in line with the firm's professional obligations for client records. We will tell you the applicable period on request.

Your rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Rights available to you depend on where you are and on the law that applies. If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may raise it with us first, and you may be entitled to complain to a supervisory authority in your country.

Security

The website is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated on the server, rate-limited and checked for duplicates, and attachments are verified against their actual file format rather than the type claimed by the browser. Credentials for the email provider are held server-side and are never exposed to the browser. Our logs record whether a message was delivered, not what it said.

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this page.
