Travenza Management

About

A practice built around creative and commercial rights.

Travenza Management Law Firm SRL advises international clients from Chișinău on the ownership, licensing, protection and commercial exploitation of creative work.

How the firm works

The firm exists to protect creative and commercial interests in work that is easy to copy, easy to claim and difficult to value. That requires careful assessment before action, clear communication about what is realistic, and practical legal support that produces a result rather than correspondence.

Matters begin with the documents. Before advising on a dispute or an agreement, we establish what the available evidence actually shows about ownership, obligations and the conduct of the parties. It is unglamorous work, and it determines almost everything that follows.

Most of our clients are outside Moldova. Cross-border matters are handled by advising on strategy and the law we are qualified in, and by coordinating with appropriately qualified local counsel where a jurisdiction requires representation we cannot provide ourselves. We say plainly which of those applies to your matter.

We give an honest view of prospects, including when a matter is not worth pursuing. Clients are better served by an early, accurate assessment than by an expensive one arrived at later.
